Excellence in Research and Innovation Award

The Excellence in Research and Innovation Award, promoted by the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology (ISGE), celebrates outstanding achievements in clinical research, technological innovation, and academic excellence in gynecological endocrinology and related fields. This initiative promotes knowledge sharing, fosters innovation, and supports international scientific progress.

Are you a researcher, clinician, or young scientist? Submit your poster abstract to ISGE 2026 and automatically enter the selection for this prestigious award, to be presented during the Congress in Rome, March 2026.

Eligibility

  • Open to researchers, clinicians, professionals, and students in gynecological endocrinology and related disciplines.
  • Submissions may be individual or team-based.
  • For the Student/Young Researcher category, applicants must be 34 years old or younger at the time of submission.

How to Participate

  • Submit your poster abstract via the official ISGE 2026 Abstract Submission Portal.
  • All poster abstracts submitted to ISGE 2026 will automatically be considered for the Excellence in Research and Innovation Award.
  • Abstracts must follow ISGE formatting guidelines and be submitted in English.

Submissions should align with ISGE 2026 abstract categories, including (but not limited to):

  • Hormonal therapies
  • Reproductive endocrinology
  • Menopause and aging
  • Fertility and metabolism
  • PCOS, thyroid function, and related disorders

Evaluation & Selection

All submitted poster abstracts will be evaluated by an independent Scientific Committee composed of internationally recognized experts appointed by ISGE.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Scientific and clinical relevance
  • Innovation and originality
  • Research methodology
  • Clarity and structure

Finalist Presentations

  • Nine finalists (three per category) will be invited to present their work live in the Poster Arena during ISGE 2026.
  • Each finalist will have 5 minutes for presentation, followed by a Q&A with the jury and audience.
