The ISGE 2026 Congress will take place in Rome, Italy, at La Nuvola, a state-of-the-art conference center located in the EUR district. This iconic venue, designed by architect Massimiliano Fuksas, offers modern facilities and an inspiring setting for a productive and engaging congress experience. La Nuvola is easily accessible by public transportation and provides top-tier amenities to ensure the comfort and convenience of all attendees.

Language

The official language of the congress is English. The congress will also provide on-site simultaneous translation for congress sessions.

The congress will be open during the following hours:

  • March 4, 2026: 10:00–20:40
  • March 5, 2026: 08:45–19:00
  • March 6, 2026: 08:45–19:10

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. Login details will be provided upon registration.

Time Zone

Rome follows Central European Time (CET, UTC+1) in March.

Currency

The official currency in Italy is the Euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted, and ATMs are readily available throughout the city.

Climate

Rome in March enjoys a mild and pleasant climate, with average temperatures ranging between 8°C and 18°C. We recommend bringing  a light jacket or a warm sweater for cooler mornings and evenings, a small umbrella or a waterproof jacket.

ISGE 2026 is committed to sustainability. We encourage attendees to minimize paper usage, use public transportation, and participate in eco-friendly initiatives during the congress. Reusable materials and digital programs will be available.

Participants Attendance Policy

The congress is open to registered participants only. Badges must be worn at all times to access the sessions, exhibition area, and social events.

Letter of Invitation

Registered participants can find the official Letter of Invitation to assist with their visa applications in their personal area. Please note that this letter does not constitute a commitment from ISGE 2026 to cover travel or accommodation expenses.
